Warm Up –
Dynamics

Barbell Warm Up:
2 Rounds:
5 Muscle Snatches
5 BTN Presses
5 Snatch Drops (land in power position, bar starts on back)
3 Hang Power Snatches (1st round position 1, 2nd round position 2 or 3)

Skill/Strength –
6 Rounds:
1:00 rest between rounds
Beginner – 5 Touch and go Hang Power Snatch (position 1 or 2)
Intermediate – 5 Touch ang go Hang Power Snatch (potition 2 or 3)
Advanced – 5 Touch and go Power Snatch

MetCon –
“Hunnit”
For time, break up into any order/rep scheme and accumulate the following reps/distances:
100 Goblet Squats (53/35)
100 Kettlebell Push Press (one kettlebell, switch as needed) – 53/35
100 Russian KB Swings – 53/35
800m Run

Cool Down –
Spend 3:00 in Couch Stretch on each side – vary positions as needed
