Our Services

At Wells Street CrossFit, we believe your workout should be the best part of your day. That’s why we offer a variety of programs that are both fun and challenging. With talented coaches and convenient scheduling, you’re never too far from a great training session!

  • Foundations

    Foundations class is mandatory for members without previous CrossFit experience. The program is built upon a safe and proven system that introduces core CrossFit movements that will prepare you for our CrossFit classes. We’ll teach techniques that will ensure your safety and success at the next level. Classes begin the first full week of every month.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you’ll be working on skill/strength training, metabolic conditioning, mobility, and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum effect every time.

  • BURN

    Wells Street BURN is a total body conditioning program featuring bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. BURN classes have the same structure and intensity of CrossFit class without the barbell movements and heavy lifting. Each session begins with body weight strength progressions and ends with a challenging conditioning circuit. This program provides an intense workout with the goal of improving strength, posture, and functional movement patterns, while also serving as an introduction to CrossFit-styled training. The BURN program does not require Foundations classes to attend. See our schedule for a full class listing.

  • RowFit

    RowFit utilizes the Concept 2 Rower to challenge your cardiovascular capacity and burn calories at a maximum pace. This course follows our typical class format with a structured warm-up which includes rowing technique instruction, followed by one or more rowing intervals coupled with bodyweight and core movements. Then, you’ll finish with targeted mobility exercises to provide a challenging and balanced workout. RowFit classes do not require Foundations to attend.

  • Yoga

    Yoga is a great complement to our CrossFit training because it helps increase strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance — all things you’ll need to get the most out of your CrossFit workouts! Enjoy the mind-body connection that this 60-minute class brings so you can tune in to your body and relax your mind.

    We emphasize breathing to bring awareness to your muscles and joints. If you are looking for a great way to recover from the week, restore your body, and bring balance to your strength training, join us for RECOVERY. Yoga classes do not require our Foundations training to attend.
